Visit the Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese Factory

Starting early, we will visit the local caseficio (dairy) to see how the famous Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and Ricotta are made.
Afterwards we visit the local dairy farm which is one of the most modern in the area and enjoy interacting with the cows and calves. Return to Cherry House to finish off with a brunch sampling dishes using Ricotta and Parmigiano Reggiano.
